Hamam (Turkish bath) has a beneficial effect on human health: colds are cured, muscle and joint pains are relieved, the skin is cleansed, toxins are removed from the body, the respiratory system is strengthened, blood flow and digestive system are improved, insomnia passes. All pores are opened and the skin is perfectly cleaned: dry skin is moisturised without drying out, while the structure of oily skin is normalised and pores are narrowed.
