Discover Isla Saona, a Caribbean oasis off the southern coast of the Dominican Republic. Find out how, originally named Adamanay by the Taino Indians, the island was renamed by Christopher Columbus, during his second voyage to the Americas in 1494. 

Begin the tour by boarding a speedboat and jetting off to Saona Island. On the way, stop to swim in a waist-deep natural swimming pool with transparent waters. If you're lucky you'll see some starfish.
