Perge Ancient City

Perge Ancient City, which is only 17 km away from Antalya, has the characteristic of being an ancient city known as "Parha" in the Roman Period and believed to have continued its historical roots until the Hittite Period. It is also known that Perge Ancient City was shown among the richest and most beautiful cities in the world during the Hellenistic period.

It is possible to examine the architectural structure in the city better with the very good protection of the theater with a capacity of 15 thousand people in Perge Ancient City. It should be added that the works found in the region are also exhibited in Antalya Museum today. Operated by the Ministry of Culture, Perge Ancient City is open to visitors between 08.30-19.30 in summer and 08.30-17.30 in winter. The entrance fee is free twice a year for Müzekart holders and unlimited free for Müzekart +. The single entry fee is 35 Turkish Liras.
